The DC Motor Analyser Software if available to buy separately for $14.95, but if you decide to buy the Home Wind Turbine E-book, this software will be included totally free of charge.

The DC Motor Analyser software allows you to take any DC permanent magnet motor and analyze how it will function in your homemade windmill application.  It also allows for different blade sizes, TSR, gear ratios, wire length, wire gauge, battery bank size,  volts, amps and motor rpms.

This takes all the guesswork out of designing your own system.  You can even use it to design a double genny system that uses two motors connected via pulleys to a central shaft turned by your blades.  This allows you to take two cheap motors, like the treadmill motors and gear them up while also taking the axial thrust off of their cheap little bearings.  They can handle the radial thrust, but they’re not very good on something pushing at them such as a windmill blade.

This is version 1.6 and now includes VAWT and HAWT capability.  Also added is the abiltiy to save different configurations and efficiency has been added as well.

Watch the video below to see how it works and what information you can gather from it.

,

Saving money is not the only reason to consider building your own wind turbines.  If you are fortunate enough to have access to wind, then you deserve to generate clean, free energy for your home.

Building wind turbines is simple and not only is it viable for those living remotely, but thousands of homes in urban areas are starting to understand the advantages of including these systems in their present on grid systems.

Depending on your personal need, you may decide to build a 1000 watt or 3000 watt turbine.  Each of the plans that you will find in this book include video tutorials as well as how to fix a forklift battery and be able to store all your energy for free.  In fact you could use this information to start your own backyard forklift battery recovery centre.  Many batteries still have life in them, but become landfill because people don’t know how to recover them.

If you are like me and would prefer to recycle, then this is definately the book for you.

What can you expect to find in this e-book?

  • You’ll learn how to build homemade wind turbines quickly and cheaply
  • All the info you need to calculate power, rpm, tsr, windspeech etc
  • Where to find FREE forklift batteries and how have them delivered to you and how to recondition them.
  • How to make a homemade de-sulfator in order to ‘pulse’ pretty much any battery back to life.
  • Your Guide to Generators – What to look for and where to find the cheapest
  • Building a protective ‘furling’ system for protection during high winds
  • Charging of several battery banks simultaneously while ‘pulsing’ them
  • How to build a 1,000 watt turbine, including tower for less than $150
  • How to contruct a 3,000 watt turbine for around $220
  • You’ll also get a DC Motor Analyzer Software for FREE.
